Tyler Blower is a graduate if the Canadian GeoExchange Coalition, where he received his accreditation as a designer and installer. Tyler also studied with the Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Institute of Canada, where he received his Heat Loss/Heat Gain Certification. Prior to receiving formal training, Tyler worked in the geothermal industry as a driller and installer.
"Through my experiences, I saw the need for a company that would specialize and focus all of its attention on geothermal. It's this specialization that takes Extraordinary Energy to the next level." It was during his time studying for his B.A. in Political Economics at Simon Fraser University that Tyler was awarded a scholarship to study at the Canadian Energy Research Institute (CERI) in Calgary. "While earning my B.A., I became fascinated with renewable energy. After graduating, I knew I could combine my interest in construction with my new found interest in renewable energy. This lead me to pursue a career in the geothermal industry." |
